Chocolate Covered Cherries Smoothie...

Cherries are more than just a sweet treat!! A serving of sweet cherries is brimming with health benefits. Cherries are low in fat and calories and free of both cholesterol and sodium. They are also a good source of dietary fiber, vitamin C, potassium and contain boron! Add some Superfood Shakeology to that and OMGAWD!

-1 Cup Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries
-3 Dates, pitted
-1/2 Cup Raw Baby Spinach (yay, I snuck in greens!)
-1/4 Cup Almond Milk
-1 Scoop Vegan Chocolate Shakeology

(White/Cream Layer)
-1/2 Cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
-1 Date, pitted
-1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
-1 Cup Ice
